Repair fees do not include parts. For any software issues that require reinstallation, including operating system software, the customer will need to provide or purchase appropriate licensed software.

If you bring your computer in to our store, we'll diagnose the issue for you *free of charge.
*Diagnostics at Interactive Studios are free for all computers repaired by Interactive Studios.
If Interactive Studios decides that the computer is not worth repairing, there will be no charge for the diagnosis.
However, if Interactive Studios diagnoses the issue and you decide to repair it yourself or have the repairs done elsewhere, there will be a $35.00 charge for the diagnosis.
